Hi Uli,
sind denn die Bolzen im Kopf, wo der Ventildeckel aufgesteckt und verschraubt wird richtig eingedreht? Evtl. hilft es diese ein wenig noch runter zu drehen.

ich bin mir sicher, dass Iliver dies genauso wie Du es beschrieben hast meint.
Denk bitte auch daran, dass auch die Leerlaufluftschläuche sowie alle anderen Gummi/Kunststoffteile hart werden/sind.
Diese sollten auf jeden Fall auch gewechselt werden. -

Einspritzdüsen A0000785623 gibt es noch beim freundlichen. Wahlweise kannst Du natürlich auch Bosch 0437502047 nehmen.
Du benötigst noch die 4x das FUEHRUNGSROHR A1160700077
Mit ein wenig Geschick, Inbusnuss (oder Inbusschlüssel) sowie 2 Gabelschlüssel kannst Du es auch selbst machen...

I´m sure your car is a pre series car. That means your car was a testcar, i think it´s not a Nürburgring car.
Code 051 means no leather but your interior is leather. The special of the leather in your car is it´s without perforation in the middle...On your pdf you can see:
Type test car
The cart is needed by the development department for testing purposes.
The vehicle is in the main operation to build in cooperation with the "AV".
In the shell, the body remains stopped. The release is done by the "PS-PES". -

dieser Ventildeckel ist definitiv keiner von einem M102.983/990/991/992!
Vergleicht man beide Deckel miteinander sehen sich keinerlei Ähnlichkeiten!
Geht man weiter ins Detail würde dieser nicht mal auf einen M102 16V Kopf passen!

code 051 means: upholstery black no leather --> it is in your data card
code 071 means: half leather (Sport seats)
code 271 means: full leather black -
If you don´t have an original docoment (Licence - in Germany: Zulassungspapiere - KFZ Brief) there is no option to get information of the first owner(s).
Your car is one of the first 16v, but if it is the 7th...? i don´t know...
